"IJCYA" adopted the world's first (and only)" Children's Art League matches "competition system, with the support and recognition of many authoritative media.By many authoritative media support and recognition. It assesses that practitioners of painting work follow international (USPAP) standards and, in conjunction with authoritative expert groups, develops new evaluation criteria with autonomous intellectual property rights (latest standard number: IYAA-IJCYA-2019-5). COMPETITION SYSTEM
World first Competition system
According to the registration requirements, the contestants submit their works, and the expert judges give a "professional score" according to the comprehensive level of the works. Participants with a professional score of more than 75 points will be recommended and published to the "Contemporary Famous Painters" of "Teenage artists" column；All users who visit the website have the right to vote as "popular judges". Each user can only click once and the cumulative number of likes is "popular rating". Professional score and public rating constitute the final comprehensive score, see the main criteria of this league.
"IJCYA" is held every year for four seasons, each with three stages: the Open, the Championship and the Masters, each season with three awards for each stages.The last day of a single season is the "comprehensive scoring statistics day "; the cumulative comprehensive score before the" scoring statistics day ", that is, the final results of each contestant, the ranking of the comprehensive score determines the "stage" grade and the honorary award grade, and thus determines the list of contestants selected for "auction qualification ". Note: Each participant may apply multiple times per year, but only once per season. Enter the competition on January 5 and apply again only after April 1 in the second quarter.

CRITERIA FOR THE RACE SEGMENT
Based on one of the best scores of all entries, determine whether or not to be shortlisted.
The shortlisted work refers to "Volkswagen Score" and concludes that "Comprehensive Score" ranking determines the award for the season. The "entry requirements" vary from stage to stage (see below).
